I needed my RV radiator inspected for my upcoming summer of travel. I pulled the rad and had it inspected, and it didn't pass muster. I had expected to replace it as it was 30 years old and had it rebuilt as per Chris s recommendation. The experience was very pleasant, from meeting their mom in Richmond to dropping my stuff off in Surrey, and I highly recommend them.

Very impressed by the quality and customer service. I called them at 1pm on the hottest day of the year after the drive to work in the morning with no A/C or working driver's side window was torturous... They were able to fit me in at a time of my convenience, despite being busy, and took the time to do a quality job. I was on the road with a freshly serviced A/C after about 30 minutes, in which the service guy (sorry, can't remember his name) was super friendly and professional. I'd really recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Surrey Radiators & Air Conditioning and a massive shout out to Kevin and Amir! From the initial diagnosis to the incredibly quick turnaround in getting my 1965 Mustang's rad repaired, the entire experience was outstanding. They were kind, professional, honest, and priced everything very fairly. It's rare to find service like this these days. Thank you so very much, Kevin and Amir, for taking such great care of me and my pony. A+++ in my books! 😊

Today I had the pleasure or meeting Chris, the owner, who had scheduled my wife's vw beetle for an AC check. We dropped it off first thing in morning and he called around noon with some bad news saying they could not fix it. We went to pick it up and Chris said they had worked 3 hrs on it, checked everything but this would require a vw dealer to cure the problem as it was an older bug. But surprisingly good news. Chris said there was no charge. I argued and said he doesn't work for free but he would not accept anything, saying they did not fix anything. I went here originally because of the great reviews and they were right. Rarely these days are businesses that honest with owners who have integrity. I will definitely use them again and can not recommend them highly enough

Awesome service. I had an issue with my 2003 dodge Ram where the coolant kept disappearing out of the reservoir with no leak to be found. Called around and everyone was to busy to look at it but when I called this place he was able to fit me in that day to take a look at it. I would have never guessed but it turned out just to be a cracked radiator cap. I changed it and problem was solved. Very thankful to have found this place and highly recommend it.
